Abstract (EN)
Since human beings first existence ideal search has also existed. This search differs according to mentioned culture, social and ideological structure. Whereas some find this ideal in totalitarien regimes, the others do in law. This study?s major objective taken that accepted at the most ideal law state model in a frame of equality, freedom, justice and individual concepts studies the role of state project in the examples of Platon?s Politeia, T. More?s Utopia and T. Campanella?s Civitas Solis.
