Analysis of question banks in distance learning with fuzzy logic method

Improvements in the Internet usage have caused developments in the education field and also led a fast popularity among Internet based distance education systems. Distance education models, which provide education for everyone on equal rights, are based on an education principle that is independent from time and place. On this systems, which also provide measurement and evaluation processes, examinations are one of the most important functions that are provided.In this thesis study, an intelligent examination analysis software has been developed to be used in distance education systems by using the fuzzy logic technique. With this software, it is aimed to perform examinations in the current distance education system in an easy and intelligent way. During the development process of the system, which has a user friendly interface, ASP.NET, C# programming language and SQL Server database management system have been used.
