The developments in space law and space law studies in Turkey

In this thesis, developments in space law and the place of Turkey are explained. In the first part of the study, the basic features of air and space law, its history, its place in international law and Turkish law are discussed in the light of basic sources and international agreements. First of all, the General Assembly resolutions put forward by the UN General Assembly were examined, and then five basic agreements in the field of space law were put forward. In the third part of the study, Turkish space law was discussed, firstly the activities in the field of space were explained, and then the space law legislation and studies were examined, and where Turkey took place in international law in the field of space law and what kind of regulations related to space law in its domestic law were discussed.
