Development of an expert sytem toolkit

The programmes which pretend to be an expert for a certain group of problem in any branches are called Expert Systems. That is, these are the programmes providing an expert to solve complex problems. The education of an expert and his gaining experience in any branches take a long time. The expert system aims to develop programmes having the ability to solve problems in a short time using the information and experience of experts. It?s needed a programming language having the relationship of database or an expert system planning programme. Developing an expert system by using any programming language is a difficult and long period. It?s easier to develop an expert system by using a well-prepared expert system planning programme.In this work, a typical expert system planning programme has been developed. People who don?t know programming language are able to develop an expert system thanks to this programme. They can not only plan database but also change or arrange the visual elements of the programme.
