Abstract (EN)

Vaginismus is a sexual dysfunction in which sexual intercourse is not possible with the contraction of the musclesor the intercourse takes place in a painful and painfulway. vaginismus; It is a psychiatric disorder that results in excessive stretching or contraction of the flor muscle group in the pelvis as a result of having difficulty in vaginal intercourse during sexual intercourse, feeling pain in the vulvo vagina or pelvis during vaginal intercourse attempts, or worrying about possible pain and pain. Studies on the causes of vaginismus have been going on for more than a century. It is possible to define these reasons as psychological, physiological, social and cultural reasons in general. The attachment relationship that a person creates with his or her caregiver creates images of self and object in the mind of the person and plays an active role in the formation of individual and social relations. Vaginismus is thought to be a common sexual dysfunction in the general population, but its rate is not known exactly for various reasons. Metacognitive knowledge consists of beliefs about the way of thinking as well as the individual's beliefs about the capacity of attention, concentration power and memory. Sexual satisfaction; It is a subjective and personal concept related to the sense of pleasure and satisfaction about one's sexual life, past sexual experiences of individuals, expectations from sexuality, desires and desires. It has been determined that sexual satisfaction is related to sexual and romantic feelings, sexual behaviors, cultural and social background, characteristics and behaviors of the partner.
