Abstract (EN)
In this study, ECG (Energy Conservation Groups) which called calculating programs have been constituted associated with writting thereby using C# programming language in Visual Studio software development platform whether research Works about Energy Efficiency was complied. Some of the creating ECG calculating programs were explained to demonstrate how it works with template problems. Besides, thereby composing flow chart which shows operating logic of program was Aimed more effective usage of the program.
