Productivity and the analysis of the applications in the plastics injection enterprise

What an enterprise takes into consideration seriously in order to deal with the competitive markets which arised with the help of technological developments and to maintain its continuity is ?productivity? . Productivity is a measurable concept. Especially to compete with the other enterprises, managements; the productivity in competitive markets must be controllable. Generally, productivity can be mentioned as the relation between output that manufactured by the production or the service system, and the input that is used for generating the output. One of the basic ways of improving the productivity is to have developments in organization and administration. What an enterprise which is successful in determining the purposes and the appliances, establishment plan, conveyance of goods, production planning, human resource management can improve the level of productivity. In this study, the appliances in DEMOTEK PLASTK A.. ,which is a plastics injection enterprise, are analysed. And also the losses that affect productivity are emphasized. It has been seen that how the productivity is important for enterprises
