Abstract (EN)
VSAT communication has not been losing its popularity and importance and has been developing as it presents a secure and a mobile way to communicate among the users in different locations. In this thesis, a block upconverter, an electronic circuit inside a VSAT equipment, prototype has been developed suitable to use in commercial and military VSAT communications. Simulation, design, implementing and testing of high frequency and microwave electronics are challenging. This thesis aims to give a good approximation between theory and practice by using the mathematical models of electronic components. In the first chapter, the thesis goal is introduced. The second chapter includes the fundamental theoretical concepts. The simulation and design graphs and details are given in the third chapter. And in the fourth chapter, fabricated designs and test results have been referred.
