Abstract (EN)

Recently variety of methods and composite materials have been used for protection from X-ray in area of medical science or others. In order to get protection from X-ray, generally lead materials are used. In this study, we aimed that improvement of new materials for X-ray protection. In these study, tests were performed in two different phases. In first phase, all materials in powder form were combined in variety ways in sheet formed. In second phase materials were formed in liquid composite and covered on surface of textile material. Elements used in this study were strontium, magnesium, chitin, chitosan, boron, barium, fluorine and bone meal. Also component groups made from variety of combination of these elements. X-ray was applied to composite specimens from distance of 100 cm in values of 4mAs, 2,5mAs and 2mAs in 15,5ms and 17,6 ms and in 66kV-102kV and 150kV.In conclusion; at first phase it?s measured that group A, group B, group D and group E were provide %100 protection from X-ray in 66kV. At second phase, best protection was accomplished in first sheet in 50kV. In 60kV the best protection was provided in test when used first and second sheet together. Composite material used in this research was improved for future usage in medical area and others instead of lead apron. The improved composite material are much more light from lead apron and has biocompatible properties. Therefore surgeries and medical stuff may use aprons made from this composite material comfortably and safely.
