Abstract (EN)

In our age, the hegemony of capitalist system causes some problems on some socioeconomic classes like consumers or employees. Alienation that appeared in work processes with Industrial Revolution and that causes some physical and humane damages in an organization is one of the capitalist system?s problems. Alienation is not discussed in only industrial sector, but also in service sector in our age. Alienation conception is explained by Hegel, Marx etc. in respect of criticism on capitalism; but in our age, alienation is evaluated with some approaches that are developed as a solution by some specialists on business administration in Western capitalist economies. Alienation is concerned in aspect of intersection among business, sociology and psychology. In respect of alienation, the industrial systems that are based on human relations rather than mechanic relations are more important by transition from Personnel Management to Human Resources Management. In this view, the studies and practices that are related to prevention and removing alienation are experienced in organizations. It?s necessary to set a competent organization system on productivity, flexibility and velocity in globalization age. This necessity causes alienation by the nature of competition. Human Resources Management has to be effective with respect of this relation between competition and alienation. So they?re important for Human Resources Management to determine alienation, to control organizational conflict and to set work conditions about stress, motivation, professional training and quality of working life.
