Abstract (EN)

Developments in technology, industrialization, increased human comfort, along with rapid consumption of natural resources and population growth, caused climate change. The survival of the world has become almost impossible to sustain with sustainable resources. For this reason, the United Nations has declared sustainability mobilization in the 21st century. You can leave a healthy world to future generations; with the contribution of all countries, not exceeding the capacity of the natural resources to be used, by removing the poverty and by establishing a right order. Sustainability of freshwater resources is possible through the use of the earth as rain and snow. Climate change has caused changes in precipitation, winter has passed through rainy season, summer has become short-lived and heavy rainy and long-lasting hot and rainy days. Thus, it is understood that the world has entered a new human-caused climate period. The most prominent feature of this period is the increasingly widespread storms, severe rains, seller, soil erosion and expansion of desertification. It should be ensured that the fresh water obtained by the collection of rain water and the treatment according to international standards at the national level is used as drinking water. In this view, it will be avoided that the rainy water that is falling from my roof will be wasted.
