Abstract (EN)
The most important issue of the health system is the number of hospitals increasing day by day. The increasing speed of today's Technologies and the increasingly competitive environment make it mandatory for hospitals to constantly improve and improve. Hospitals do not always provide patient value-added activities according to patients' requests, and patients have to wait too long when the yare not needed when needed. At the beginning of these reasons are waste dandin creasing costs. Inthiscase, hospitals are forced to take measures against increased costs and diarrhea. Here is the concept of lean thinking for the help of hospitals. Prevention of waste; the prevention of errors and the continuous improvement and development of processes and processes. The stock management system in hospitals regularly reveals the time and quality of product and material design, maintenance and service times. Along with lean thinking applications, all unnecessary activities in hospitals that do not add valuet opatients, elimination of movements and processes, increase efficiency between hospital entry and expenditure and reduce mistakes. Applicability to lean thinking activities and benefit sprovided in manufacturing systems increase accessibility in healthcare service.
