Yalın tekniklerin kullanımını keşfetmek: Bir endüstri sektörüanalizi

Lean management is known to be effective for reducing waste and maximize profits as well , yet many companies don't apply it well , and even when they do , each one utilize different set of lean techniques. We also notice in the literature that some industrial sectors do adapt some techniques more than others compared to others. This research applies clustering techniques in ordering to group data gathered from different industry types to gain insights from it. This research specifically applies K-means and Hierarchical clustering in order to analyse the results of the gathered information from different research papers. The study investigates the varying usage rates of lean techniques across different industry sectors, to examine the reasons behind this variation and to give possible explanations behind it.
