Abstract (EN)
Need for the teamwork of different specialization fields and data fed process of multi-parameters simultaneously necessiate the systematic concept of management at the production process of complex buildings like thermal hotel buildings. For reaching scheduled goals in the best possible manner and having a high quality building, both at the building production process and its sub-phases, factors which have impacts should be managed. Under these circumstances, during production process of thermal hotel buildings a management model has been edited to entegrate general management factors and activities as planning, designing, executing, supervising, organization, coordination and communication of quality effective human, physical, external factors with construction process. The purposes of this model, relating important judgement areas with data and process related to whoever in construction process of Thermal Hotel as architects, engineers, project coordinators, contractors, employers to prevent decision support system. This management model, provide opportunity for corrective actions by the feedback for preventing building?s failures and faults in the construction process of Thermal Hotel.
