Finance of investment projects/Application to Iraq companies (Pharmaceutical and medical equipment general company- Samarra/Iraq general insurance company status)

Investment decisions, especially financing decisions, are considered as one of the most important and dangerous decisions regarding the life and future of companies. Because investment projects depend on two sources of financing, they have internal financing and external financing. It is an effective tool to achieve all the economic goals of society by increasing productivity achieving self-sufficiency. This study aims to examine financing methods, to determine the most suitable method for each project, to shed light on investment projects and the most important elements of investment, and then to know as well as know the role of financing in the survival and growth of the investment project. Next is to know the role of finance in the survival and growth of the investment project and to know the most important mechanisms that promote the financing of investment projects. The research problem was to track the impact of the financing decision on service investment projects. The researcher used the descriptive approach, referring to the subject literature and previous studies, both Turkish and foreign, to describe and discuss the problem. Investment projects, the researcher made several assumptions. The most important of these are as follows: Since it is not possible to establish an investment project without financing, financing is of great importance for investment projects and in this respect, the financing decision is important. The researcher carried out the practical application in two separate applications, the first of which is the investment situation of the Iraqi insurance company and the second is the feasibility study of an investment decision in a pharmaceutical company located in Samarra / Iraq.
