Abstract (EN)
Investment projects have became a most important tool for economic increasing in aspect of business, in the global world. Investment project can be defined as; suggestions which create, expand and enhance several opportunities for increasing the production of asset and facility for a spesific time. The main objective of invesment projects is to perform the determined activities with minimum cost and to provide the maximum benefit at the end of these activies. Therefore, before the implementation of investment projects, they must be analyzed carefully.The most important fact of implementation risk formation about business investments is the greatness of investment project. Altough greatness of investment project is the most important factor that affect the risk for all business, when they observe their marketing strategies and evaluate the results they can easily understand that the profitability is the most important factor for investment desicion. Thus, marketing strategies constitute the base of feasibility studies of investment projects.In this study a investment project was analyzed. Derived outputs from analyses were assessed in aspect of marketing strategies and it was stated that when implementing investment project, these outputs are required to be considered and used at decision-making step for investment in aspect of business.
