Abstract (EN)
In this study that is made as part of graduate degree requirement occupational health problems of string players are investigated. The questionary tried to detect the general problems faced among the musicians. 135 musicians playing string instruments in the Presidential Symphony Orchestra, Istanbul State Symphony Orchestra and Izmir State Symphony Orchestra were involved in the questionary.Besides all these, relaxation techniques, that the musicians should do before and after playing the instrument, for example body stretching exercises that would be useful in prevention of the occuopational health problems, were as well searched and added to the study.
