Abstract (EN)

The 1970s were "rich" years, in terms of journalism, in Turkey. The Yeni a magazine can be counted as one of the seriches. Between April 1, 1974 and June 1, 1974, twenty seven issues were published under this title. The publishing years of the journal were quite painful for Turkey. Turkey, yet unableto recover from the effects of May 27 coupd'etat, wasthis time facing the March 12 Memorandum.While this process has affected everything in the country, the publishing world had also taken its share. Forth is reason, the situation of the country was taken into consideration while examining the Yeni a. Ourthes is consists of three parts. In the first part, the world of pres and publishing both around the globe and in our country has been mentioned. The journals, that has managed to become corner stones,effected theer a andattract edvastamounts of reader saround itself in Turkey until the 1970s were briefly introduced.In addition to this, some in formation about, the "1968 Generation" , which had effected the World andour country, that has shaped the contents of the Yeni a were given andits effects on the journal were emphasized. In these condchapter, the journal is introduce dand some articles and poems that were published in the journal were examined. There percussions of these writings, in the world of literature at the time of the journal,were emphasized. Inthethird chapter, the Works that were published in the journalarelisted first by numbers, then by author names. Inthe conclusion section, a general evaluation was made on the place and importance of the journal in our literature with there sults that were obtained from this study.
