Abstract (EN)
Pyridazine Schiff bases and their metal complexes have wide application in biological and pharmacological activities. Studies on the biological activity of Schiff bases with pyridazine have increased over the last few years. Thinking that these compounds could have a field of application in different usage areas led us to work on this field. Schiff base ligand was synthesized from reaction of 5-benzoyl-4-hydroxsy-2-methyl-6-phenyl-2H-pyridazin-3-one and 1,3-diaminopropane. New metal complexes were synthesized by the reaction ligand Cu(II), Co(II), Ni(II) and Pd(II) transition metal salts. Pyridazine type ligand and metal complexes were determined using spectral methods such as UV-Vis, FT-IR, ¹H NMR, 13C NMR spectroscopy and TGA. In addition to spectroscopic techniques used stuctrure determination of compounds elemental analysis (C, H, N, S), magnetic susceptibility and electrolytic conductivity was used. According to the results, square-plane geometry for the Cu (II) complex, and octahedral geometry for the other complexes.
