Abstract (EN)

ABSTRACTDuring the process of globalisation, technological developments, competition andthe changing of working life, have all created new forms of work. When compared tostandardized patterns, these forms of work have quite different norms. Firms withgoals for high success, faced the flexible patterns in a short time and people got startedto employ in these kinds of positions.New forms of work are of great importance for the women in search of a balancebetween working and family life. In this context, in the changing process of family as asocial unit, it is very important for women labour force participation in working lifethrough new forms of working and this is a complex issue. This complexity stems fromsome difficulties and problems that new forms of working include.This paper studies on working women in complex of new forms of work, discussthe issue in the frame of changing family structure. It focuses on concepts of work andfamily in the first chapter, and studies the problems of the work and family life ofwomen in the second chapter.
