Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is determinating the thought's of sports manager's New Public Management comprehesion about feasibility to sports management.In this study qualitative research method is used. Illustrations of the research consists of 9 person: 4 secretary general, 3 federation chairman, 1 department chairman, 1 general director?s assistant that were chosen by chain illustration method.Semi constructed method was used with people who had an interview with. For all these, interviews were made by face to face and taken datas were saved by recorder then transferred in to an electronic medium. When evaluating datas scientific analyze method was used.An interview form was used consisted of 5 questions for determinating the opinions about New Public Management comprehension feasibility to sports management. and demographic informations of personnel's for researches to collect data.In general, according to research's findings, it appears that they didn't think positively about feasibility of New Public Management comprehension to spots management. Opposite of majority, there are some people who had interview with thinks positive about feasibility of New Public Management to sports management.As a result, it became definite that majority of people who had interview with thought that New Public Management thought cannot be applied to sports management.It is determined that some people who had interviewed with thinks that New Public Management comprehension can be applied to sports management if it contributes to sports management and as if the system supplies.
