The most evident property of this period, which is called as informationperiod, is the heavily usage of new technologies in every areas. NewTechnologies exits in basic part of the transition from industrial society toinformational society. Business companies make investments to their humanresources in order to keep in step with the new conditions that the developingtechnologies created and to exist longer in the global competition environment.Factors, that make enterprises successful, are saticfaction of emploees, theirmotivation, productivity, performance, working conditions, education, andsalaries. All those factors that constitute the quality of working life, came intoforce with the change in management process, working life, organization, andproduction body, by the usage of new technologies.In this thesis, new technologies and developments in new technologieswith the quality of working life and their basic compenents being studied; andcomparisions between each tried to be explained by exposing the changes inproduction and working life. Endorsement of subjects, examined in teoricalpart, was aimed by the application of a questionnaire in a company.
