Abstract (EN)
Nowadays, the increasing energy demand causes the development of different energy sources, therefore, more studies are carried out on renewable energy sources and the variety of production is increasing. Increasing production diversity makes power systems more complex and complicates the sustainability and operation of systems. Different heuristics are applied in order to make economical power distribution systems more sustainable. In this study, economic power dispatch problems were solved in three different test systems using the Brown Bear method for conventional and hybrid power dispatch systems. The results obtained in the Brown Bear method; genetics, particle swarm optimization, artificial bee colony and marine predators methods were compared and their effects on fuel costs were examined.
