Tutelage control over conclusions of local administrations

ABSTRACTWith the aim to appropraite the laws; the administration and localadministrations are checked with the various ways. One of the inspection way oflocal administrations is administrative tutelage.Inspection of administrative tutelage forms the border (limit) ofadministrative and financial autachies of local administrations. Therefore; it isaccepted that state has limited inspection authority on local administrations.By inspection of administrative tutelage, actuation of the integrity of theadministration principles are aimed.Inspection of local administrations are reduced by the recent legalarrangements. Nevertheless inspeciton authorities of the state terminated. Statehas an athority on invalidation of illegal decisions of local administrations byconsultationing to justice. On the other side; it is accepted that some conclusionsof local administrations can only promulgated with the approval of state.
