Abstract (EN)
Todays, bridges, dams, tunnels and very high-rise buildings, are called special structures. When constructing these structures, there is a rapid production to reduce the costs. One of the most important problems when fast manufacturing is mold removing time. Removing the mold must be done after the concrete has reached sufficient strength. Whether the concrete reaches the required strength is determined either by taking a large number of samples or by non-destructive testing methods. Taking a large number of standard samples brings additional cost, labor and time. However, when nondestructive testing methods are used, fast, practical, desired time and any number of tests can be performed. The biggest disadvantage of non-destructive testing methods in concrete is that accuracy rates are not as high as destructive methods. In the literature, it is recommended to use combined methods to improve the accuracy of non-destructive test method results. In this thesis, it is aimed to develop combined methods in order to determine the inplace strength of concrete. For this purpose, measurements and samples were taken by using non-destructive test methods from the pylon of New Komurhan Bridge which is being constructed between Elazig-Malatya Provinces. Combined methods have been developed with the help of the obtained measurement and test results to estimate the inplace strength of the concrete. In addition to this study, concretes with different mixtures were produced in the laboratory and concrete samples with different strengths were produced. It was developed in a combined method that could be used in general terms, using the results of tests applied to these samples. As a result, using these combined methods, it was determined that the in-place strength of concrete was determined with acceptable accuracy. Therefore, estimating inplace concrete strength using combined methods will result in significant cost savings, time savings and labor gains.
