Abstract (EN)
This study aims to examine the mediating role of corporate reputation in the effect of green organizational behavior on job satisfaction among employees in a dairy and dairy products enterprise. The research is structured in five sections. In the first section, the conceptual framework related to the three variables in the research model is presented. The second section includes the theoretical background, the relationships between variables, and the hypotheses developed. The third section provides information on the research model, population and sampling, data collection tools and techniques, and data analysis methods. The fourth section presents demographic statistics of the sample, normality tests, reliability analyses of the scales, and regression analyses to measure the effects of the independent and mediating variables on the dependent variable, along with the hypotheses. The fifth and final section evaluates the findings under the discussion and conclusion heading by comparing them with existing studies in the literature. Sectoral implications, recommendations for managers, and suggestions for future researchers are also included. The study is based on data collected through a survey conducted with employees of enterprises operating in the dairy sector in the South Marmara region. A total of 276 valid questionnaires, obtained using a convenience sampling method, were analyzed with appropriate statistical techniques. In accordance with the findings of the study, corporate reputation was found to exhibit a partial mediating role. Based on these results, a set of recommendations has been proposed for the dairy sector and its managerial stakeholders.
