Abstract (EN)
Different types of filters and their applications to Cellular Neural Networks (CNNs) are examined. These are Gauss-like filters, orientation and bandwith tunable Gauss-like filters and Gabor-like filters for constant image inputs. In addition, velocity-tuned filters and direction selective filters are examined for moving image inputs. Keywords: Cellular neural networks, velocity-tuned filters, direction selective filters, CNN Gauss-like filters, CNN Gabor-like filters
