Abstract (EN)
Depending on the storage time, the technological characteristics of the chipboard change. The storage time of particle board produced factory environment in Turkey effects significantly usage place of particle board. Therefore, in this study aimed to be measured after the press exist of produced particles temperature, physical, mechanical, and formaldyhed emission in certain periods. The technological properties of particle board were determined samples taken after holding in the storage 15 minutes, 1., 7., 14., 21., and 28. day periods. Also changes in the amount of formaldehyde emissions were observed. The effects of technological properties of the storage time of the particle board was investigated by comparing the values obtained at the end of 15 minutes press output, 1st day, 7th day, 14th, 21th day and 28th day after. According to the results obtained, it is seen that the storage time is effective on some technological properties of the boards. Depending on the storage time increased bending and tensile strength. A decrease in the formaldeyhed emission value was observed. According to this, it can be stored that it is more appropriate to wait for at least 15 days under suitable storage conditions before sale.
