Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this thesis is to reveal the effects of the disintegration of Yugoslavia in the development of international politics by examining from the perspective of International System and Constructivist approaches. The basic assumption of the thesis based on developments in the Yugoslavia had influence international policy on the line that the efforts to establish the European Community's Common Foreign Security and Defense Policy, ?New World Order? argument of the United States attempts to dominate the international system by itself and the roles of international organizations such as United Nations and NATO. The thesis was concluded to be the basic reason why the ongoing conflicts in the Republics of Former Yugoslavia and the Balkans due to competitive environment of international politics rather than their own internal disputes.
