Abstract (EN)
Although soft matter is plenty in nature, the close interest of soft matter in physics is new. The development in experimental techniques and computer calculations technology, make possible to study physical properties of large class of matter such as polymers, colloids, jells, DNA, spongy substances act. which is called soft matter. This new research area is common for fundamental sciences like physics, chemistry and biology. Today in many field of industry such as paint industry, nanotechonology, medicine production industry the physical properties of soft matters play important role during production processes. Most of physical properties come from Electrostatic correlations in soft matters. In this thesis general physical properties of soft matter are defined and theoretical and experimental techniques to study soft matter are revived. The simple electrostatic correlations via Coulombic interactions and some unusual electrostatic correlations such as overcharging or charge inversion are studied. Detailed study of these effects will help to new applications in soft materials technology.
