Abstract (EN)

Our goal in this project is design and manufacturing a supportive device for disabled people that are not either completely or partially able to walk. Studying projects over the world that has been conducted for these groups of people we concluded that all the project in this category although are different in form and design but majority benefit from wheels to move disabled people like wheelchair. The system's wheel-Lessing is the main difference between this project and others that makes this device much more beneficially for disables. We started by observing and studying a disabled person and his disabilities in motion and being inspired by this person our very first ideas emerged. The device that will be presented is a simulator of a human body motion in lower limb like leg, knee, hip, thigh and ankle. The primary idea is that supportive device will be installed to person's waist and moving gesture mechanisms consisting leg and joints that will be fastened parallel to his legs. For this mechanism; PLC motors and corresponding programming to simulate; motion mechanism are needed. After assembling parts and motors this mechanism will be like a robot. This robot will move and walk simultaneously to the movement of disabled person. This robot will be fastened on disabled person and will support him to balance oneself, walking, waiting, and sit or standing on a chair.
