Ethnobotanic Aspects of Üzümlü (Erzincan) Town

This study was made for designating the naturel plants used by local people of Üzümlü in 2010 and 2011. Plants of the research area which includes almost 140 species belongs to 44 families are determined to used for this following purposes. Food (60 use), treatment (62 use), feed (28 use), object (9 use), ornament ( 18 use), fuel (8 use) and for various purposes (7 use). In addition, distribution and percentages of this plant species have been identified according to familia. According to the number of species the first four families; Asteraceae family, with 17 plant species (12%) is in the first place, Fabaceae with 14 species (10%) is in the second place, Rosacea family with 12 species (9%) in third place and Lamiaceae family, with nine species (6%) is in the place last.
