Ebu Hanife'nin "Zuhûru'l-Atiyye fî Şerhi'l-Vasiyye" adlı eserinin tahkîki / The emergence of al-Attiyah in the will of the great Imam Abi Hanifa al-Numan for al-Hasouni (Died after 1056 H)

In the name of God, praise be to God, and blessings and peace upon the messenger, and his family and companions. This is an investigation to the manuscript "the emergence of Al- Attiyah in the explanation of the will" to explain Abi Hanifa Al-Numan's will –may god have mercy on him- for Al-Hasouni Imam–may god have mercy on him-. The investigator depended on the curriculum of ISAM and the work is done on two parts: 1. The studying part 2. The achieved part Islamic manuscripts are the heritage of the nation and they must be brought out to the light in order to achieve the purpose of its writing which is benefiting the reader and student in the field of Islamic studies and therefore, the student selected this manuscript. The student faced many difficulties to search about the body where he found only a little information despite the high assistance from the professors of investigation and doctrine in Iraqi universities. Also, this manuscript interests Islamic doctrine where its subjects address the origin of Islamic doctrine such as faith, ranks of faith and does the faith is a creature? The student obtained two copies for this manuscript and he symbolized the first one by (a) where it is the oldest, clearest and the most accurate one in terms of dictation and considered as the origin while the second one is symbolized by (b). As well, the student has categorized the verses to their Surah and categorized hadith to their narrators and defined the media including the names of notables and cities in order to be facilitated easily by readers. Moreover, the investigator included some western words by mentioning the books of speeches and dictionaries of language. He made the text in accordance with modern dictation rules and the student could not finish the manuscript as required but as the poet said: Everything you finish is imperfect.
