This letter explains (Some of the people of loyalty's reference to collecting the provisions of the sale of loyalty), by the author Afif Al-Din Abdullah Al-Kazaruni Al-Makki Al-Hanafi, sheds light on an important aspect of Hanafi jurisprudence, as the study aimed to bring out one of the books of Hanafi jurisprudence to the jurisprudence library, through the investigation of this manuscript. beginning with the definition of the manuscript, how to achieve it, explaining the impact of its investigation in the Islamic arena, highlighting the author's position, demonstrating his scientific efforts, showing the method of the Hanafis in dealing with evidence, and how to derive rulings from them:The importance of the manuscript, and the great benefits it contained for those who respond to fatwas, and the treatise is one of the most important books written in this field among the later scholars of the Hanafi School; because most of the fatwas contained in it represent the most correct opinion in the Hanafi School.
