Celâlüddîn el-Mahallî'nin Cem'u'l-Cevâmi' üzerine kaleme alınan Karadâği Haşiyesi'nin inceleme ve edisyon kritiği: Baştan "sıhhat" tarifine kadar

This dissertation aims to make an edition criticism of a part of the Ḥāshiyat Al qradāghy on Jamʻ al-jawāmiʻ by Jalal Al-Mahalli (d. 864 AH), about which Islamic jurisprudence. The importance of this Ḥāshiyat comes from being one of the precious Ḥāshiyats to the above-mentioned commentary, in which the author combined many footnotes and explanations on Jamʻ al-jawāmiʻ, including Ḥāshiyat Zakarīyā wa-al-ʻAṭṭār wa-Ibn Qāsim al-ʻAbbādī wa-al-kamāl Ibn Abī Sharīf to other than that. The author's statement was characterized by clarity, distance from complexity, ambiguity, and simplification in explaining issues and phrases. His sources were authentic, and he relied on books in Islamic jurisprudence, as he was interested in editing issues with logical rules. The researcher followed the descriptive-historical approach when translating the imams (Subki, Al-Mahalli, and Al- Qradāghy), defining their intellectual biographies, and the method of taḥqīq and commentary in the edited sections of the text and adjusting it according to the rules of modern writing from punctuation and spelling, and attributing the sayings to their sources, then at the end the conclusion and the list of sources and references. The study concluded with several results: The author was not only a narrator, but he used to rectify the material and the commentator in many places, as well as when mentioning the verses and hadiths, he mentions evidence in them only without mentioning all of them, and he was honest in his narratives about the scholars, the approach of the author in all his other books are that he does not quote from scholars, but here he violated his approach and quoted commentaries and ḥāshiyats.
