The work named Tuhfetu'l-Ahyar is one of the most important works of Hanafi fiqh. This work is an annotation written in el-Haskefi's books "Durril Muhtar", "Ala Tenvir El Ebsar". The importance of this study is that it is a deep study of the most important book of Hanafi fiqh, "Tuhfetu'l-Ahyar ale'd-Durri'l-Muhtar", and this is also evident in the interpretation of a copy. He is a well-known scholar on fiqh, research, analysis and explanation of subjects. Al-Mazari has adopted a restrained and robust method in his annotation, which we can summarize as follows: -He adopted an objective method in clarifying and commenting on limited parts, not the entire book. -He explained Indefinite fiqh terms and expressions. -He legitimized the issues of Fiqh and guided it according to the Hanafi school, sometimes comparing it to other madhhabs such as the Shafi'i school. -The subject is sometimes deduced from the Book and the Sunnah, but only to a small extent. -He was not fanatical about his View and was sometimes unsure about it, but rather left space for research, reflection and contemplation. -He gave evidence to the author and strengthened his opinion, and sometimes argued and corrected it. -In the hadith transmission, it was based on fiqh sources rather than hadiths and it was ruled with very few of them. -The part examined by the researcher includes some issues related to prayer: reading aloud in prayer, being an imam, prostration of sahw, comprehending the obligatory prayer, making up the prayer, etc. -In this study, the researcher relied on three copies symbolizing the first copy of the manuscript with the letter (a) being the main copy, the second copy (b) and the third copy with the letter (c) both of which are to compare the two, and He used the documentary and descriptive approach and used them scientifically to serve this great book on Hanafi fikh. The researcher divided the study into two parts; In the first part, he introduced Al-Madhari Ibrahim Al-Halabi, the author of the masterpiece, Ala Al-Din Al-Hasakfi, the author of Al-Durr Al-Mukhtar, and Al-Tumurtasi, the author of Tenvir El Ebsar, In the section under verification, he also made a study on the definition of the masterpiece book and the validity of its owner, with explanations on the author's approach and sources. In the second part, he examined the text, extracted the hadiths and their effects in the annotation, and clarified the deep terms and fiqh terms here.
