Ebu'l-Abbas el-Hamevî'nin Haşiye Ale'd-Durer Ve'l-Gurer adlı kitabının mukaddimesinin tahkiki

This research includes the analysis of the annotation of the introduction part of Molla Hüsrev's Dürerü'l-Hükkâm fî Şerhi Gureri'l-Ahkâm, one of the most famous texts of Islamic jurisprudence, by Imam al-Hamevi, one of the famous Hanafi imams. Considering the importance and scientific value of the text, a unique introductory section has been devoted to explaining the purpose of the text and explaining the purpose for which it was written. Al-Hamevi's comments on this valuable work are not unique; on the contrary, he wrote many annotations and commentaries for this work, and many scholars expressed their opinions and thoughts through annotations. al-Hamevi detailed the introduction and footnotes of this study in a unique style. He chose the subjects that interested him and explained them by quoting from the most important language books, explaining ambiguous meanings, and explaining legal issues from the Quran, Sunnah and sayings. Due to its importance, I tried to examine this thesis in four chapters and divided the research into three parts: I prepared the first part as an introduction about the life of Imam al-Hamevi, the owner of the annotation. I told as much as I could find in biography books. The second chapter was devoted to the methodology of annotation. I focused on the issues that distinguish him from other scientists and explained them with prominent points and examples. I devoted the last chapter to the investigation of the annotation. In it, I created the text of the book based on the first copy I relied on and compared it with other copies. In the footnotes, I pointed out the differences between the copies.
