This thesis aims to comprehensively examine the prohibitory verses in the Nisa Surah of the Holy Quran, to reveal the effects of the verses in prophetic, social and educational dimensions, and to interpret these verses in a literal way. For this purpose, it is aimed to benefit from these verses to find solutions to the current problems of the Muslim society by thinking deeply about the verses in question, extracting the messages they contain and making an objective interpretation. Prohibitory verses on subjects such as the rights of weak groups such as orphans and mentally ill people, general rights regarding property, protection of life, social and financial rights of women, concepts of custody and acquittal, jihad, justice, avoiding arguments with hypocrites and extremism in religion are the basis of this study. becomes the focal point.
