Abstract (EN)

The increase in Parkinson's disease, schizophrenia and Alzheimer's disease progresses in parallel with the increase in the elderly population in the world. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) report in 2004, there are 29.4 million (Parkinson + Alzhemier) patients in the world who suffer from dementia diseases, and this ratio is estimated to be approximately twice in 2023 and 58.8 million in 2023 and 118 million in 2045. The aim of our study is to reach the active substance which can be used in the healing process of neurodegenerative diseases which can not be found exactly. Considering the studies done in the past, the chemical structure of the substance we will use and the enzymes to be used give hope in this regard. The fact that the materials and methods that we will use are not used in the studies on this subject constitutes the original value. Our aim is to be a step towards a solution that will delay the disease and eliminate the damages that it has caused, in order to enable people who suffer from these diseases to live more quality life.
