İbn Mülakkın ve el-Eşbâh ve'n-nezâir kitabındaki metodu

‏This research introduces Ibn al-Mulqin and his book "Al-Ashbah wa Al-Nazair," as well as the methodology the author used in it. The book is of high value due to its important jurisprudential rules and principles, and it is distinguished by its unique style in explaining these principles through jurisprudential issues. In this research, I have strived to highlight the value of the author and his book. I have extracted the author's specific methodology in this book from various aspects of jurisprudence and Hadith, clarified the terms of preference and weakening used by the author, and explained their meanings. Additionally, I have highlighted the scholars and references that the author referred to in his book Whatadds more value to our research is the distinction between Ibn al-Mulqin's book and that of his teacher, Ibn al-Wakil. Furthermore, I have clarified the similarities and differences between this book and another of the author's books titled "Nawadir Al-Nazair fi Qawaid Al-Fiqh."
