Abstract (EN)

Persuasion is one of the fundamental objectives of the Holy Qur'an, which was revealed by the Almighty as a source of guidance and direction. It aims to lead individuals towards the right path and illuminate their minds with the truth and the correct faith. The Qur'an employs various persuasive techniques, which are virtually limitless, to achieve this objective. These methods can be broadly categorized into three types: affirmative, illustrative, and dialectical methods. Based upon this, the art of persuasion in the Qur'an entails utilizing methods (such as oaths, proverbs, and reasoning) which serve as clear-cut examples of the Qur'anic persuasive methods. By studying these methods, one can gain a comprehensive understanding of persuasion in the Qur'an, which serves as a thorough model for all other related branches. As these methods pertain to the Qur'an's knowledge, it was imperative to encompass a series of rules and regulations which can ease comprehension and analysis, and aid the scholar in extracting their benefits and secrets, while ensuring that they remain within the boundaries of legitimacy and objectivity. Based on this, the study relied on these three methods which are deemed to be the most significant ones of convincing readers about the subject matter of the Qur'an. These include analysing examples from the Holy Qur'an, adhering to important principles and rules as interpreted by scholars and predecessors, exploring its disseminated material in the sciences of the Qur'an, and then gathering the characteristics that form a Qur'anic approach to persuasion. The focus of this research was on identifying the features of this divine approach to persuasion by examining its methods, issues, rules, and characteristics. Keywords: Approach, methods, persuasion, the Qur'an, oath, proverbs, reasoning, characteristics.
