Abstract (EN)

These rights are divided into three main general rights concerning the rights of worship, rights of treatment in general, and the common rights between the Muslims and non-Muslims. The purpose of this thesis is to address the verses that give the commands and recommendations that require friendship, to examine, in the light of the evaluations of the commentators and how the practice of Muslim-non-Muslim relations in history takes place, what is meant by the non-Muslim The researcher in this thesis discussed the rights of the non-Muslims in the Holy Qur'an. expression in the verses, what do the verses that order a peaceful approach mean. As long as they do not engage in hostile attitudes towards the Muslims, the relationship with the non-Muslims is based on the peace and tolerance within the framework of the basic principles of the Qur'an and the practice of the Prophet, the non-Muslims have lived confidently in the Islamic society by preserving their religious-cultural identities throughout the history. It is also presented in the thesis, justice of the Islamic legislation in general, especially the legislation related to the non-Muslims, the characteristics of the Quranic discourse are represented in a statement that includes the justice and mercy for all the people, Muslims and non-Muslims. The researcher concluded the study with specific recommendations for those interested in the general results and the rights of the non-Muslims, and at the beginning of these results was to prove the justice and fairness of the Islamic legislation on the non-Muslims.
