This thesis is under the title : (Allama Abdulkerim Al-Mudarris and his Method in the Tafsir of Ahkam Verses - Al-Ma'idah Time as an Example) . Through it, I tried to explain Al-Mudarris approach in interpreting the verses of rulings in Surat Al-Ma'idah and the method he followed, in his interpretation (Mavahebul Alrahman fi ulumul Qur'an). This thesis includes an introduction, an introductory chapter, and two other chapters, In the introduction, I explained the reason for choosing the topic, its importance, the problematic of the study, the difficulties I faced, previous studies, and the research plan. In the introductory chapter, I translated this venerable scientist through two topics, The first topic: the Al-Mudarris's personal lifes, And the second topic: the scientific life of the Al-Mudarris, In the first chapter, I defined Surat Al-Ma'idah and Explanation Mavahebul Alrahman; I explained in it his approach, the sources on which he relied, the motive for his interpretation, his history, and the merits and demerits of his interpretation. In the second chapter, I got to the heart of the matter under the title: Al-Mudarris approach to interpreting the verses of rulings in Surat Al-Ma'idah, And I explained the approach taken by the teacher in interpreting the verses of rulings in this surah, And I made it five sections, and under each topic there are demands, At the end of the thesis is the conclusion, the most important findings and recommendations, The most important results are: Al-Mudarris mentioned the reason for the revelation of the verses, and his follow-up to the method of exegesis in the aforementioned, where he interpreted the Qur'an with the Qur'an, and the honorable hadiths of the Prophet, He often cites in his interpretation the sayings of the Companions and the Followers, may God be pleased with them all, But this did not prevent him from studying, deducing and extracting jokes in the verses. So, we can say that he combined tafsir with the maxim and tafsir according to the opinion, Likewise, Al-Mudarris explained the jurisprudential rulings deduced from the verses, and sometimes he came up with the opinions of the sects and discussed their evidence. In this study, the research methodology was taken into account according to approved principles in the field of scientific research, And I ask God Almighty to forgive me for my slips, mistakes and forgetfulness, as no one's deed is free from that.
