Yargıma konusunda Kadı Ebu Yusuf'un İmam Ebu Hanife'ye muhalefeti (Mukayeseli araştırma) / The disagreements of Judge Abi Yusuf with Imam Abi Hanifa in the judiciary

In this letter, I discussed important topics in (Hanafi doctrine), I began by presenting an introduction to the biography of Imam Abu Hanifa and Judge Abi Yusuf in detail to end with a statement of his degree and scientific position between the jurists. And because Abu Yusuf was the Chief Justice and had a long standing in the judiciary, his disagreement with his imam in the judiciary had a great impact; this is what prompted me to choose this subject , the issues that Abu Yusuf disagreed with Imam Abu Hanifa in it to be the subject of the letter, so I explained the origin of each issue and the subject of disagreement, then I mentioned the sayings of the imams of the doctrine in it with an explanation of the most correct saying in the doctrine. Then I presented and discussed the evidence of the sayings to end up linking the sayings and evidence with the basic topics of (Al-ahkam Al-adlie) the Judicial rulings magazine -if possible- and showing the chosen and appropriate saying for this time and the conditions of the people in it. After that, I explained the preponderant sayings of the three doctrines about the presented issue. with mentioning their evidence if it differs from the evidence of the imams of the doctrine, I concluded each issue with applications that show the impact of the disagreement in reality.
