This research entitled "Issues Judge Abu Yusef Disagreed with Imam Abu Hanifa Regarding Testimony" consists of a preface, an introduction, and seven chapters. It examines the jurisprudence issues where there was controversy concerning testimony, and it supports those issues with arguments and evidence. It also shows the reason behind the disagreements and which is more supported. Furthermore, it briefly mentions what other doctrines say about those issues, with evidence if available. In the preface, the research describes the concept of differences, the reason behind it, its benefits and aims. It also talks about Judge Abu Yusuf's education life and his work in the judiciary. The first chapter provides the definition of testimony, its importance in the judiciary and its legitimacy. Chapter two discusses the four controversial issues regarding the eligibility of the testimony. Chapter three covers the qualities of an attestant and the six controversial issues about them. Chapter four talks about two issues of accepting and rejecting testimony. The fifth chapter discusses the five issues of the diversity of attestants in testimony. The sixth chapter illustrates the four issues concerning the testimony of a testimony. Finally, chapter seven is devoted to the four issues regarding testimony withdrawal. The research is concluded by mentioning the most important results it has reached, and it presents a set of recommendations for scholars and researchers in jurisprudence in general and testimony and judiciary in particular.
