After the athletes who voluntarily participated in the research were informed about the importance and method of the study, the application was started. The research is designed according to the experimental model (with a single group pre-test- post-test model), one of the quantitative research methods. Within the scope of the experimental model, some anatomical and physical tests such as body weight, height and stroke lengths, heart rate measurements, vertical jump, leg strength, flexibility, hand reaction, push-ups, sit-ups and 25 m free swimming, as well as arm counts, were given to the participants on the evaluation of physical fitness has been applied. The data obtained were evaluated in the SPSS (ver. 23.0) program and the error level was determined as .05. Results: Between the pre-test and post-test results, a significant improvement is observed in the body weight, height, stroke length and pulse (p=0.000**) of the athletes. While there was improvement in vertical jump and sit-up tests (p=0.001), there was improvement in leg strength (p=0.002). It is seen in sit-reach test results (p=0.023) and push-up tests (p=0.019). No improvement was detected in VKI results (p=0.242) and hand reactions (p=0.360). A significant improvement was found in the 25 meters Freestyle swimming degrees and stroke numbers of the athletes (p=0.000**). Conclusion: It is seen that there are improvements in the height, body weight, stroke length and heart rate of the athletes participating in the research. However; No improvement was detected in VKI and hand reactions. Improvements were seen in the 25 m freestyle and stroke counts of the athletes, and improvements were found in vertical jump, leg strength, flexibility, push-ups and sit-ups.
