Abstract (EN)
The current study has examined the numbered 101, 102, 103 and 104 Rumeli kadıaskers ruznamces (daybooks) by firstly transcribing and analyzing which revealed out some significant data sets about Ottoman kaza and madrasah system. In the daybooks, which comprise the records of assignments of Kadıs and Mudarrises executed by Rumelia Kadıaskers in the second half of the XVIII century, were recored primly. It is seen that sometimes Arabic statements were also used along with Turkish. The durations of kadıs and mudarris on duty and off duty (infisal) were revealed out thanks to the registrations of the daybooks which are also prominent in terms of biographical studies. That allows to figure out the career steps of the ilmiye class.
