This thesis aimed at studying and verifying the book of Sheikh Ahmed AlHusuni (d. 1099 AH), one of the Hanafi jurists in the eleventh century AH, which he called: "Mafatih Al-Salat Yanabi Al-Hayat", in which he combined all issues related to prayer, purity, zakat and pilgrimage with mentioning their evidence And he presented many sayings of the Hanafi jurists, from sources, some of which are still in manuscript or missing, and the scope of this study is determined by the tenth chapter of the sixteenth key: (Statement of reading the tashahhud in the first sitting) to the end of the book, and its investigation has been based on three written versions: The first copy is the copy of the Atef Effendi Library in Istanbul, (preserved No.: 1055), the second: the Adana City Manuscript Library (preserved No.: 297.541), and the third copy is the Sulaymaniyah Library copy - in the Ali Pasha Manuscript Library (preserved No.: 460). The study also followed the historical descriptive approach, when researching the biography and scientific biography of Imam Al-Husuni, and reviewing the features of the era in which he lived, the events that took place in it, and the most prominent scientific figures who led the scientific life at the time. By copying the text and contrasting its copies, proving the differences in the margin without commenting on these differences, extracting the Qur'anic verses and hadiths of the Prophet, attributing texts and sayings to their sources, extracting poetic verses and adjusting their texts. The study concluded with results, the most important of which are: that Imam AlHusuni lived in a very difficult era due to the spread of a deadly epidemic and hunger in Baghdad, and that his book reflects his scientific personality, which appeared in his good division of the book on keys that absorbed the topics of jurisprudence of worship, so that he did not miss issues except a few of them. He also cared about mentioning every issue by referring to the books of the Hanafi imams, and what distinguishes his book is the attention to mentioning the evidence from the Qur'an or the Sunnah, and the methods of weighting between the evidence, as well as containing nice jokes related to legal rulings, especially the reasons for suspended worship, and this matter is rarely found in jurisprudential books.
