Indexes of all kinds are considered one of the most important tools and means for every researcher in any field of various sciences. This is especially the case for researchers in Islamic Sciences. These indexes aid in reducing effort and time. Quranic verse indexes are among the most important of these indexes. This is because they are related to the greatest book of all (the book of Allah). This becomes increasingly important given that Quran verses and establishing arguments and proofs from Quranic verses is one of the most significant inquiries for Islamic researchers. A need then arose for these types of index publications. Scholars thereafter began their endeavor to produce indexes that were arranged accurately and easy to reference in their format. This research is concerned with the study and investigation of a manuscript of the science of the indexes of the verses of the Glorious Quran. The researcher will refer to these indexes when searching for a verse of the Quran in a simple and easy manner. A researcher may require these indexes in the Science of Islamic Law, since the Quran is the first source of reference in this matter. These also provide specific information on when Quranic verses are required to begin and end (The Science of beginning and ending) ("Alwaqf wa Alibtidaa"). The author indicated in the introduction to his book to this specific matter. Each chapter indicates when and where a specific verse is permitted to begin; whether it is in the beginning or the middle or end during recitation. The author hinted that his goal was to provide students of knowledge a means to shorten the effort and time required to research and obtain specific verses for reference. In this effort, the author organized the Quranic verses in accordance with the Arabic alphabetical order to provide a simple means to reach and reference a Quranic verse. It is undoubtedly difficult to reference specific Quranic verses, particularly for those who have not memorized the Glorious Quran. The Science of Indexing and referencing Quranic verses is one of the important sciences required in the science of reading and reciting the Glorious Quran. Those who are blessed with memorizing the Glorious Quran will value the importance of the Science of Quranic Indexes as these Indexes demonstrate and distinguish specific locations where there are similarities in pronunciation of Quranic words. It is no secret that the investigation and presentation of such manuscripts is a revival of the heritage of the Islamic Nation. It is the duty of the successor of this Islamic Nation from the righteous predecessors who devoted their lives to preserving these sciences and subjugating its knowledge for those who have come after them. I obtained this manuscript that was written by the hand of its author. I have received two extra beautiful copies of this manuscript by the grace of Allah Almighty. My efforts in this endeavor for the Master's degree was in accordance to the Center for Islamic Research (ISAM) and the curriculum of (ISNAD 2). I used the author's original manuscript as the main source for my research and I compared the two extra manuscript copies to it. I transcribed the original Arabic script written into modern Arabic orthographic rules. I have used publications regarding the Science of the beginning and ending of Quranic verses, books on the Arabic script of Quranic verses, books on the quantification of Quranic verses, and have distinguished the verses in their respective chapters with reference of Quranic verse and chapter number.
