Abstract (EN)

Investigation ofthe Effects of 12 Week Quick Power Training Programme on Dynamic Equilibrium, Leg Strength, Relative Power, Speed and Body Composition of Wrestlers The purpose of this study is to investigation of the effects of 12 week quick power training programme on dynamic equilibrium, leg strength, relative power, speed and body composition of wrestlers. In the study, a total of 42 male athletes voluntarily participated, from 18 to 25 years of active wrestling, 21 subjects and 21 control group. Measurements of the wrestler and the control group were taken before and after the study. The obtained data were used for t-test for between control group and wrestlers with SPSS programme, with p<0.05 significance level, to determine differences with subject group and control group. Name, Surname, Date, Length, Weight, Body Fat Measurements (Biceps, Triceps, Pectoralis Major, Subscapula, Quadtriceps and Soleus) were taken as the demographic characteristics of the athletes. Skinfold was used in body fat measurements.Dynamic equilibrium measurement was made bylibra seesaw board test.In dynamic leg force andrelative power measurement was usedwattbike pro-anaerobic power bike. Finally, 10 m-20 m sprint run was made with Newtest brand automatic time analyzer. The test results were as follows: body weight, dynamic balance, dynamic leg strength, relative power, power peak, power average, biceps, triceps, pectoralis major, subsucapula, abdominal, subrailiac, quadriceps and soleus depending on the training program in the control group wrestlers. The differences between pre-training and post-training fat measurements were statistically significant (p> 0.05). Measurements obtained from the subjects in the10 m, 20 m sprint test were statistically insignificant (p<0.05).As a result, it has been observed that the training and training program has improved the physical, physiological and antiprometric properties of the subjects.
